Our Terms & Conditions

  • No Payment = No order
    Please make payment together with your orders and email to     purgalray@gmail.com. Orders without payment will not be taken in account.

  • After placing your order, no cancellation is allowed.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will send out the items immediately. The total approximated time taken would be around one week’s time.

  • A confirmation mail will also be sent to you.

  • If in the event of OOS, refunds will be made within a week’s time.

  • We only allow amendments of orders when the item is OOS. You may state the alternatives you would like to have.

  • We are also not responsible for any lost mails, as we don’t work in Singpost.

  • Please do not join if you are not comfortable.

  • We reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at anytime.

  • Please cooperate by reading and understanding the terms and conditions before placing your orders.
